What about drivers? Public transport options?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date and Time<\/strong> &#8211; You don&#8217;t want to overlap with other parties if you can help it, for example individual team Xmas parties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget<\/strong> \u2013 How much has been allocated per head?<\/li>\n<li><strong>How many people are attending<\/strong> \u2013 Are you allowing spouses\/dates?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Caterer<\/strong> \u2013 Is it a sit down meal or buffet?
