Embracing innovative construction processes and sustainable materials, the space significantly reduced the carbon footprint compared to equivalent concrete structures. With a focus on wellness, this workspace also offers a yoga studio, a roof terrace and a variety of creative work environments. Look closely at the timber shading fins that line the exterior of The Black & White Building - the members will notice tilt as the members climb upwards, allowing for optimum heat and natural light throughout the workspace while offering stunning views over Shoreditch and London. The space has also installed eighty solar panels on the roof to generate renewable energy. This considered engineering balances function and form, saves on electricity and heating, and automatically reduces members' business operational carbon footprint.
